The University, located at Perry Barr, approx 1.5 miles from Birmingham City Centre has a range of lecture theatres and meeting room facilities available. The Kenrick Lecture theatre has tiered seating for up to 215 from a raised platform and is fully equipped with state of the art AV equipment. Classrooms and lecture theatres are also available on this site with seating for up to 120 people. During the summer vacation the University lets out its accommodation, lecture theatres, meeting rooms and exhibition hall. There are 851 bedrooms and the largest conference room seats 375 persons.
